Che cos'è IQExplosion

Un'app di giochi di memoria, attenzione, riflessi, logica, calcolo, parole, spazio, flessibilità, ragionamento e musica, per bambini e adulti.

È un gioco. Non è un dispositivo medico e non serve a diagnosticare, curare o prevenire nessuna malattia o disturbo. Allenarsi rende più bravi in questi giochi: non promettiamo di cambiare l'intelligenza di nessuno.

Età di gioco e Sfida di ragionamento

Sono punteggi di gioco, non un test psicologico né una diagnosi. Le domande sono create per l'app: nessuna è presa da test psicologici esistenti.

Nella Sfida di ragionamento il punteggio tiene conto della tua età con un modello costruito da noi sull'andamento noto delle abilità con l'età, non con un campione di persone tarato.

Non misurano quanto vale una persona. Il risultato cambia con la stanchezza, la concentrazione e la pratica. Per una valutazione vera serve uno psicologo.

I tuoi dati

Non c'è un account. Quello che scrivi e i risultati delle partite restano su questo telefono: arrivano al nostro server solo se crei un gruppo o scrivi il codice di un gruppo (qui sotto).
Niente pubblicità, nessun tracciamento a fini pubblicitari o statistici, nessun dato venduto o ceduto.
Cosa resta sul telefono: il nome (basta un soprannome) e il personaggio di ogni giocatore, la modalità, l'anno di nascita se lo scrivi (è facoltativo: serve all'età di gioco, alla Sfida di ragionamento e, nei profili bambini, a mostrare i giochi adatti all'età), le partite e i risultati, i premi, i gruppi che crei e le impostazioni.
Gruppi e codice: i giocatori che stanno «Solo su questo telefono» non escono da qui. Solo se crei un gruppo (ogni gruppo ha il suo codice) o scrivi il codice di un gruppo, i dati dei giocatori di quel gruppo (nome o soprannome, personaggio, modalità, anno di nascita se scritto, partite, risultati, premi e diario dei progressi) e il nome del gruppo si salvano anche sul server di IQExplosion, per portarli sugli altri telefoni dello stesso gruppo. Senza gruppi non va niente sul server.
Chi conosce il codice di un gruppo vede i giocatori di quel gruppo, e solo quelli: dallo solo a chi ne fa parte.
Perché li teniamo: per darti il servizio che chiedi attivando il codice, cioè portare i progressi sugli altri telefoni del gruppo. Restano sul server finché non li cancella il telefono che ha creato il gruppo: Impostazioni → Gruppi e più telefoni → Cancella i progressi dal server. Dopo la cancellazione sul server resta solo il segno «gruppo cancellato», senza i dati dei giocatori. Uscire da un gruppo, invece, non cancella i dati dal server.
Fornitore: il sito e il server sono ospitati da Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages e il suo database). Cloudflare è un'azienda statunitense: i dati possono essere trattati anche fuori dall'Unione europea.
Indirizzo IP: quando l'app sincronizza un gruppo, Cloudflare riceve per motivi tecnici l'indirizzo IP del tuo telefono. Noi non lo salviamo nei dati dei gruppi.
Promemoria: se lo permetti, il telefono mostra un avviso per giocare. È una notifica locale, preparata dall'app sul telefono: non passa da nessun server. Puoi spegnerla dalle impostazioni del telefono.
Backup del telefono: il backup di Android (Google) o di iPhone (iCloud o il computer) può includere anche i dati di questa app, secondo le impostazioni del tuo telefono e del tuo account. Quei backup li gestiscono Google e Apple. Il «file di backup» delle Impostazioni, invece, lo salvi tu dove vuoi.
Abbonamento IQExplosion Plus: acquisto, pagamento, rinnovo e disdetta li gestiscono Apple (App Store) e Google (Google Play), come titolari autonomi dei dati del tuo account. Noi non vediamo nessun dato di pagamento: per l'abbonamento l'app parla solo con lo store, per mostrare i prezzi, fare l'acquisto e sapere se l'abbonamento è attivo.
Per cancellare giocatori e progressi: Impostazioni → I tuoi dati → Cancella tutto da questo telefono. Disinstallando l'app si cancella ogni suo dato dal telefono.

Decisioni automatiche

Nessuna. L'età di gioco, il Punteggio di ragionamento, le stelle e i livelli servono solo al gioco: non decidono niente su di te fuori dall'app.

Bambini e ragazzi

I profili dei minori li deve creare e gestire un adulto (un genitore o chi se ne occupa): l'app non lo può verificare. Per il nome basta un soprannome e l'anno di nascita è facoltativo. Anche il codice di un gruppo con giocatori minori lo deve attivare e custodire un adulto.

I tuoi diritti

Nell'app i dati stanno sul tuo telefono, salvo quelli dei gruppi che attivi col codice: li vedi, li correggi e li cancelli tu, dalle Impostazioni.
I dati di un gruppo sul server li puoi cancellare da solo, in ogni momento, dal telefono che ha creato il gruppo (Impostazioni → Gruppi e più telefoni); se non puoi, scrivici.
Puoi chiederci di sapere quali tuoi dati abbiamo (accesso), di correggerli o di cancellarli: scrivi a privacy@fitnessdataplatform.com. Rispondiamo entro un mese.
Se pensi che i tuoi dati siano trattati male, puoi fare reclamo all'autorità di controllo per la protezione dei dati: in Italia è il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), oppure quella del paese in cui vivi.

Giochi, disegni, suoni e domande sono stati creati per IQExplosion, con le eccezioni qui sotto.
Musica: i brani classici sono di pubblico dominio. Autori: Ludwig van Beethoven, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Johannes Brahms, Edvard Grieg, Jacques Offenbach, Johann Pachelbel, James Lord Pierpont e Christian Petzold, più canti popolari tradizionali (per esempio Fra Martino, La stellina, Al chiaro di luna, L'agnellino di Mary, Il ponte di Londra e Greensleeves). Le trascrizioni, gli arrangiamenti e i suoni sono nostri; le altre melodie e la musica di sottofondo sono state scritte per IQExplosion.
Rompicapo: alcuni giochi si ispirano a rompicapo ed esercizi classici di dominio comune (per esempio la Torre di Hanoi, del 1883, il gioco del 15, il tangram, i quadrati latini di Eulero e il test dei colori di Stroop, del 1935): li abbiamo rifatti da capo, con codice e grafica nostri.

Information and privacy

What IQExplosion is

A games app with memory, attention, reflexes, logic, math, spatial, flexibility, reasoning, and music, for kids and adults.

It's a game. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any illness or disorder. Practicing makes you better at these games. We do not promise to change anyone's intelligence.

Play Age and Reasoning Challenge

These are game scores, not a psychological test or a diagnosis. The questions are created for the app: none is taken from existing psychological tests.

In the Reasoning Challenge the score takes your age into account, using a model we built on the known trend of skills with age, not on a calibrated sample of people.

They don't measure a person's worth. The result changes with tiredness, concentration and practice. A real assessment requires a psychologist.

Who is responsible for the data

Your data

There is no account. What you type and your game results stay on this phone: they reach our server only if you create a group or type a group's code (see below).
No ads, no tracking for advertising or statistics, no data sold or transferred.
What stays on the phone: the name (a nickname is enough) and the character of each player, the mode, the birth year if you write it (it's optional: it's used for Play Age, for the Reasoning Challenge and, in kids profiles, to show games suited to the age), rounds and results, prizes, the groups you create and the settings.
Groups and code: players who are “Only on this phone” don't leave here. Only if you create a group (each group has its own code) or type a group's code, the data of the players in that group (name or nickname, character, mode, birth year if written, rounds, results, prizes and progress diary) and the group name are also saved on the IQExplosion server, to bring them to the other phones of the same group. Without groups nothing goes to the server.
Anyone who knows a group's code sees that group's players, and only those: share it only with people in the group.
Why we keep them: to provide the service you ask for by activating the code, that is, to bring the progress to the other phones of the group. They stay on the server until the phone that created the group deletes them: Settings → Groups and more phones → Delete progress from the server. After deletion on the server only a “group deleted” marker remains, without the players' data. Leaving a group, instead, doesn't delete the data from the server.
Provider: the site and the server are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages and its database). Cloudflare is a US company: data may also be processed outside the European Union.
IP address: when the app syncs a group, Cloudflare receives your phone's IP address for technical reasons. We don't save it in the group data.
Reminder: if you allow it, the phone shows a notice to play. It's a local notification, prepared by the app on the phone: it doesn't pass through any server. You can turn it off in the phone's settings.
Phone backup: Android (Google) or iPhone (iCloud or computer) backups may also include this app's data, depending on your phone and account settings. Those backups are handled by Google and Apple. The “backup file” in Settings, instead, you save wherever you want.
IQExplosion Plus subscription: purchase, payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play), as independent controllers of your account data. We see no payment data: for the subscription the app only talks to the store, to show prices, make the purchase and know whether the subscription is active.
To delete players and progress: Settings → Your data → Delete everything from this phone. Uninstalling the app deletes all its data from the phone.

Automated decisions

None. Play Age, the Reasoning score, stars and levels only serve the game: they decide nothing about you outside the app.

Children and teens

The profiles of minors must be created and managed by an adult (a parent or whoever looks after them): the app cannot verify this. A nickname is enough for the name, and the birth year is optional. The code of a group with minor players must also be activated and kept by an adult.

Your rights

In the app, the data stays on your phone, except the groups you activate with the code: you see it, correct it and delete it yourself, from Settings.
You can delete a group's data on the server yourself, at any time, from the phone that created the group (Settings → Groups and more phones); if you can't, write to us.
You can ask us what data of yours we have (access), to correct it or to delete it: write to privacy@fitnessdataplatform.com. We reply within one month.
If you think your data is being mishandled, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority: in Italy it is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or the one of the country where you live.

Music: the classical pieces are in the public domain. Qué es IQExplosion

Una app de juegos de memoria, atención, reflejos, lógica, cálculo, espacio, flexibilidad, razonamiento y música, para niños y adultos.

Es un juego. No es un dispositivo médico y no sirve para diagnosticar, tratar ni prevenir ninguna enfermedad o trastorno. Practicar te hace mejorar en estos juegos: no prometemos cambiar la inteligencia de nadie.

Edad de juego y Desafío de razonamiento

Son puntuaciones de juego, no un test psicológico ni un diagnóstico. Las preguntas están creadas para la app: ninguna procede de tests psicológicos existentes.

En el Desafío de razonamiento la puntuación tiene en cuenta tu edad con un modelo que hicimos nosotros a partir de la evolución conocida de las habilidades con la edad, no con una muestra de personas calibrada.

No miden cuánto vale una persona. El resultado cambia con el cansancio, la concentración y la práctica. Para una evaluación de verdad hace falta un psicólogo.

Tus datos

No hay cuenta. Lo que escribes y los resultados de las partidas se quedan en este teléfono: llegan a nuestro servidor solo si creas un grupo o escribes el código de un grupo (más abajo).
Sin publicidad, sin rastreo con fines publicitarios o estadísticos, sin datos vendidos ni cedidos.
Qué se queda en el teléfono: el nombre (basta un apodo) y el personaje de cada jugador, el modo, el año de nacimiento si lo escribes (es opcional: sirve para la edad de juego, para el Desafío de razonamiento y, en los perfiles de niños, para mostrar los juegos adecuados para la edad), las partidas y los resultados, los premios, los grupos que crees y los ajustes.
Grupos y código: los jugadores que están «Solo en este teléfono» no salen de aquí. Solo si creas un grupo (cada grupo tiene su código) o escribes el código de un grupo, los datos de los jugadores de ese grupo (nombre o apodo, personaje, modo, año de nacimiento si se escribió, partidas, resultados, premios y diario de progreso) y el nombre del grupo también se guardan en el servidor de IQExplosion, para llevarlos a los otros teléfonos del mismo grupo. Sin grupos, no se envía nada al servidor.
Quien conoce el código de un grupo ve a los jugadores de ese grupo, y solo a esos: compártelo solo con quienes forman parte.
Por qué los guardamos: para darte el servicio que pides al activar el código, es decir, llevar el progreso a los otros teléfonos del grupo. Se quedan en el servidor hasta que los borre el teléfono que creó el grupo: Ajustes → Grupos y varios teléfonos → Borrar el progreso del servidor. Tras borrarlos del servidor solo queda la marca «grupo borrado», sin los datos de los jugadores. Salir de un grupo, en cambio, no borra los datos del servidor.
Proveedor: el sitio y el servidor están alojados por Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages y su base de datos). Cloudflare es una empresa estadounidense: los datos pueden tratarse también fuera de la Unión Europea.
Dirección IP: cuando la app sincroniza un grupo, Cloudflare recibe por motivos técnicos la dirección IP de tu teléfono. Nosotros no la guardamos en los datos de los grupos.
Recordatorio: si lo permites, el teléfono muestra un aviso para jugar. Es una notificación local, preparada por la app en el teléfono: no pasa por ningún servidor. Puedes apagarla en los ajustes del teléfono.
Copia de seguridad del teléfono: la copia de Android (Google) o de iPhone (iCloud o la computadora) puede incluir también los datos de esta app, según los ajustes de tu teléfono y de tu cuenta. Esas copias las gestionan Google y Apple. El «archivo de respaldo» de los Ajustes, en cambio, lo guardas tú donde quieras.
La suscripción IQExplosion Plus: la compra, el pago, la renovación y la cancelación las gestionan Apple (App Store) y Google (Google Play), como responsables independientes de los datos de tu cuenta. Nosotros no vemos ningún dato de pago: para la suscripción la app solo habla con la tienda, para mostrar los precios, hacer la compra y saber si la suscripción está activa.
Para borrar jugadores y progreso: Ajustes → Tus datos → Borrar todo de este teléfono. Al desinstalar la app se borran todos sus datos del teléfono.

Decisiones automáticas

Ninguna. La edad de juego, la puntuación de razonamiento, las estrellas y los niveles sirven solo para jugar: no deciden nada sobre ti fuera de la app.

Niños y adolescentes

Los perfiles de menores deben crearlos y gestionarlos un adulto (un padre, una madre o quien se encargue de ellos): la app no puede comprobarlo. Para el nombre basta un apodo y el año de nacimiento es opcional. Además, el código de un grupo con jugadores menores debe activarlo y guardarlo un adulto.

Tus derechos

En la app los datos están en tu teléfono, salvo los de los grupos que activas con el código: tú los ves, los corriges y los borras desde los Ajustes.
Los datos de un grupo en el servidor puedes borrarlos tú mismo, en cualquier momento, desde el teléfono que creó el grupo (Ajustes → Grupos y varios teléfonos); si no puedes, escríbenos.
Puedes pedirnos saber qué datos tuyos tenemos (acceso), corregirlos o borrarlos: escribe a privacy@fitnessdataplatform.com. Respondemos en el plazo de un mes.
Si crees que tus datos se tratan mal, puedes presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control de protección de datos: en Italia es el Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), o la del país donde vives.

Créditos

Juegos, dibujos, sonidos y preguntas se crearon para IQExplosion, salvo las excepciones de abajo.
Música: las piezas clásicas son de dominio público. Qu'est-ce qu'IQExplosion

Une application de jeux de mémoire, attention, réflexes, logique, calcul, espace, flexibilité, raisonnement et musique, pour enfants et adultes.

C'est un jeu. Ce n'est pas un dispositif médical et il n'est pas destiné à diagnostiquer, soigner ou prévenir une maladie ou un trouble. Avec la pratique, on devient meilleur à ces jeux : nous ne promettons pas de modifier l'intelligence de qui que ce soit.

Âge de jeu et Défi de raisonnement

Ce sont des scores de jeu, pas un test psychologique ni un diagnostic. Les questions sont créées pour l'app : aucune n'est tirée de tests psychologiques existants.

Dans le Défi de raisonnement, le score tient compte de ton âge grâce à un modèle construit par nous sur l'évolution connue des capacités avec l'âge, et non sur un échantillon de personnes étalonné.

Ils ne mesurent pas la valeur d'une personne. Le résultat change avec la fatigue, la concentration et la pratique. Pour une vraie évaluation, il faut un psychologue.

Tes données

Il n'y a pas de compte. Ce que tu écris et les résultats des parties restent sur ce téléphone : ils n'arrivent sur notre serveur que si tu crées un groupe ou que tu écris le code d'un groupe (ci-dessous).
Pas de publicité, aucun suivi à des fins publicitaires ou statistiques, aucune donnée vendue ni cédée.
Ce qui reste sur le téléphone : le nom (un simple pseudo suffit) et le personnage de chaque joueur, le mode, l'année de naissance si tu l'écris (facultatif : sert à l'Âge de jeu, au Défi de raisonnement et, dans les profils enfants, à montrer les jeux adaptés à l'âge), les parties et les résultats, les récompenses, les groupes que tu crées et les réglages.
Groupes et code : les joueurs qui restent « Uniquement sur ce téléphone » ne sortent pas d'ici. Seulement si tu crées un groupe (chaque groupe a son code) ou si tu écris le code d'un groupe, les données des joueurs de ce groupe (nom ou pseudo, personnage, mode, année de naissance si écrite, parties, résultats, récompenses et journal des progrès) et le nom du groupe sont aussi enregistrés sur le serveur d'IQExplosion, pour les transférer aux autres téléphones du même groupe. Sans groupes, rien ne part vers le serveur.
Qui connaît le code d'un groupe voit les joueurs de ce groupe, et seulement eux : ne le donne qu'à ceux qui en font partie.
Pourquoi nous les gardons : pour te fournir le service que tu demandes en activant le code, c'est-à-dire transférer les progrès sur les autres téléphones du groupe. Ils restent sur le serveur jusqu'à ce que le téléphone qui a créé le groupe les efface : Réglages → Groupes et plusieurs téléphones → Supprimer les progrès du serveur. Après la suppression sur le serveur, il ne reste que la mention « groupe supprimé », sans les données des joueurs. Quitter un groupe, en revanche, n'efface pas les données du serveur.
Prestataire : le site et le serveur sont hébergés par Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages et sa base de données). Cloudflare est une entreprise américaine : les données peuvent aussi être traitées en dehors de l'Union européenne.
Adresse IP : quand l'app synchronise un groupe, Cloudflare reçoit pour des raisons techniques l'adresse IP de ton téléphone. Nous ne l'enregistrons pas dans les données des groupes.
Rappel : si tu l'autorises, le téléphone affiche un message pour t'inviter à jouer. C'est une notification locale, préparée par l'app sur le téléphone : elle ne passe par aucun serveur. Tu peux la désactiver dans les réglages du téléphone.
Sauvegarde du téléphone : la sauvegarde d'Android (Google) ou d'iPhone (iCloud ou l'ordinateur) peut aussi inclure les données de cette app, selon les réglages de ton téléphone et de ton compte. Ces sauvegardes sont gérées par Google et Apple. Le « fichier de sauvegarde » des Réglages, lui, tu l'enregistres où tu veux.
Abonnement IQExplosion Plus : l'achat, le paiement, le renouvellement et la résiliation sont gérés par Apple (App Store) et Google (Google Play), en tant que responsables de traitement indépendants pour les données de ton compte. Nous ne voyons aucune donnée de paiement : pour l'abonnement, l'app ne parle qu'avec la boutique, pour afficher les prix, effectuer l'achat et savoir si l'abonnement est actif.
Pour effacer des joueurs et des progrès : Réglages → Tes données → Tout effacer de ce téléphone. Désinstaller l'app efface toutes ses données du téléphone.

Décisions automatiques

Aucune. L'Âge de jeu, le Score de raisonnement, les étoiles et les niveaux servent seulement au jeu : ils ne décident rien à ton sujet en dehors de l'app.

Enfants et adolescents

Les profils des mineurs doivent être créés et gérés par un adulte (un parent ou une personne qui s'en occupe) : l'app ne peut pas le vérifier. Pour le nom, un pseudo suffit, et l'année de naissance est facultative. Le code d'un groupe avec des joueurs mineurs doit aussi être activé et conservé par un adulte.

Tes droits

Dans l'app, les données restent sur ton téléphone, sauf celles des groupes que tu actives avec le code : tu les vois, les corriges et les effaces toi-même, depuis les Réglages.
Les données d'un groupe sur le serveur, tu peux les effacer toi-même, à tout moment, depuis le téléphone qui a créé le groupe (Réglages → Groupes et plusieurs téléphones) ; si tu ne peux pas, écris-nous.
Tu peux nous demander quelles données te concernant nous détenons (accès), les corriger ou les effacer : écris à privacy@fitnessdataplatform.com. Nous répondons dans un délai d'un mois.
Si tu penses que tes données sont mal traitées, tu peux introduire une réclamation auprès de l'autorité de contrôle de la protection des données : en Italie, c'est le Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), ou celle du pays où tu vis.

Eine Spiele-App mit Gedächtnis, Aufmerksamkeit, Reflexe, Logik, Rechnen, Raum, Flexibilität, Logisches Denken und Musik, für Kinder und Erwachsene.

Es ist ein Spiel. Es ist kein Medizinprodukt und dient nicht dazu, Krankheiten oder Störungen zu diagnostizieren, zu behandeln oder zu verhindern. Üben macht in diesen Spielen besser: Wir versprechen aber nicht, die Intelligenz von irgendjemandem zu verändern.

Spielalter und Denk-Challenge

Es sind Spielpunktzahlen, kein psychologischer Test und keine Diagnose. Die Fragen sind eigens für die App erstellt: Keine stammt aus bestehenden psychologischen Tests.

In der Denk-Challenge berücksichtigt die Punktzahl dein Alter, mit einem Modell, das wir auf dem bekannten Verlauf der Fähigkeiten mit dem Alter aufgebaut haben, nicht anhand einer geeichten Stichprobe von Personen.

Sie messen nicht, wie viel ein Mensch wert ist. Das Ergebnis ändert sich mit Müdigkeit, Konzentration und Übung. Für eine echte Einschätzung braucht man eine Psychologin oder einen Psychologen.

Deine Daten

Es gibt kein Konto. Was du schreibst und die Ergebnisse der Spiele bleiben auf diesem Handy: Sie kommen nur auf unseren Server, wenn du eine Gruppe erstellst oder den Code einer Gruppe eingibst (siehe unten).
Keine Werbung, kein Tracking zu Werbe- oder Statistikzwecken, keine Daten verkauft oder weitergegeben.
Was auf dem Handy bleibt: Name (ein Spitzname reicht) und Figur jedes Spielers, Modus, Geburtsjahr, falls du es einträgst (freiwillig: Es dient dem Spielalter, der Denk-Challenge und, in Kinderprofilen, dazu, Spiele zu zeigen, die zum Alter passen), Runden und Ergebnisse, Auszeichnungen, die Gruppen, die du erstellst, und Einstellungen.
Gruppen und Code: Die Spieler, die „Nur auf diesem Handy“ sind, verlassen dieses Gerät nicht. Nur wenn du eine Gruppe erstellst (jede Gruppe hat ihren Code) oder den Code einer Gruppe eingibst, werden die Daten der Spieler dieser Gruppe (Name oder Spitzname, Figur, Modus, Geburtsjahr falls angegeben, Runden, Ergebnisse, Auszeichnungen und Fortschrittstagebuch) sowie der Gruppenname auch auf dem Server von IQExplosion gespeichert, um sie auf die anderen Handys derselben Gruppe zu bringen. Ohne Gruppen geht nichts auf den Server.
Wer den Code einer Gruppe kennt, sieht die Spieler dieser Gruppe, und nur diese: Gib ihn nur an Leute weiter, die dazugehören.
Warum wir sie behalten: um dir den Dienst zu bieten, den du mit der Aktivierung des Codes verlangst, also die Fortschritte auf die anderen Handys der Gruppe zu bringen. Sie bleiben auf dem Server, bis das Handy, das die Gruppe erstellt hat, sie löscht: Einstellungen → Gruppen und mehrere Handys → Fortschritte vom Server löschen. Nach dem Löschen auf dem Server bleibt nur die Markierung „Gruppe gelöscht“, ohne die Daten der Spieler. Aus einer Gruppe auszutreten löscht die Daten dagegen nicht vom Server.
Anbieter: Die Website und der Server werden von Cloudflare, Inc. gehostet (Cloudflare Pages und dessen Datenbank). Cloudflare ist ein US-Unternehmen: Die Daten können auch außerhalb der Europäischen Union verarbeitet werden.
IP-Adresse: Wenn die App eine Gruppe synchronisiert, erhält Cloudflare aus technischen Gründen die IP-Adresse deines Handys. Wir speichern sie nicht in den Gruppendaten.
Erinnerung: Wenn du es erlaubst, zeigt das Handy eine Mitteilung zum Spielen. Es ist eine lokale Benachrichtigung, von der App auf dem Handy vorbereitet: Sie geht über keinen Server. Du kannst sie in den Handy-Einstellungen ausschalten.
Handy-Backup: Das Backup von Android (Google) oder iPhone (iCloud oder Computer) kann auch die Daten dieser App enthalten, je nach Einstellungen deines Handys und deines Kontos. Diese Backups verwalten Google und Apple. Die „Sicherungsdatei“ in den Einstellungen dagegen speicherst du selbst, wo du willst.
Abo IQExplosion Plus: Kauf, Zahlung, Verlängerung und Kündigung werden von Apple (App Store) und Google (Google Play) verwaltet, als eigenständige Verantwortliche für die Daten deines Kontos. Wir sehen keinerlei Zahlungsdaten: Für das Abo spricht die App nur mit dem Store, um die Preise zu zeigen, den Kauf abzuwickeln und zu wissen, ob das Abo aktiv ist.
Zum Löschen von Spielern und Fortschritten: Einstellungen → Deine Daten → Alles von diesem Handy löschen. Wenn du die App deinstallierst, werden alle ihre Daten vom Handy gelöscht.

Automatische Entscheidungen

Keine. Spielalter, Denk-Punktzahl, Sterne und Level dienen nur dem Spiel: Sie entscheiden außerhalb der App nichts über dich.

Kinder und Jugendliche

Die Profile von Minderjährigen müssen von einem Erwachsenen angelegt und verwaltet werden (einem Elternteil oder einer Person, die sich um das Kind kümmert): Die App kann das nicht überprüfen. Für den Namen reicht ein Spitzname, und das Geburtsjahr ist freiwillig. Auch den Code einer Gruppe mit minderjährigen Spielern muss ein Erwachsener aktivieren und sicher aufbewahren.

Deine Rechte

In der App liegen die Daten auf deinem Handy, außer denen der Gruppen, die du mit dem Code aktivierst: Du siehst, korrigierst und löschst sie selbst, in den Einstellungen.
Die Daten einer Gruppe auf dem Server kannst du jederzeit selbst löschen, mit dem Handy, das die Gruppe erstellt hat (Einstellungen → Gruppen und mehrere Handys); wenn das nicht geht, schreib uns.
Du kannst uns fragen, welche deiner Daten wir haben (Auskunft), sie berichtigen oder löschen lassen: schreib an privacy@fitnessdataplatform.com. Wir antworten innerhalb eines Monats.
Wenn du meinst, dass deine Daten falsch behandelt werden, kannst du bei der Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde Beschwerde einlegen: In Italien ist das der Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), oder die Behörde des Landes, in dem du lebst.

O que é o IQExplosion

Um app de jogos de memória, atenção, reflexos, lógica, cálculo, espaço, flexibilidade, raciocínio e música, para crianças e adultos.

É um jogo. Não é um dispositivo médico e não serve para diagnosticar, tratar ou prevenir nenhuma doença ou transtorno. Treinar deixa você melhor nestes jogos: não prometemos mudar a inteligência de ninguém.

Idade de jogo e Desafio de Raciocínio

São pontuações de jogo, não um teste psicológico nem um diagnóstico. As perguntas são criadas para o app: nenhuma foi tirada de testes psicológicos existentes.

No Desafio de Raciocínio a pontuação leva em conta a sua idade com um modelo criado por nós a partir do andamento conhecido das habilidades com a idade, não com uma amostra de pessoas calibrada.

Não medem o valor de uma pessoa. O resultado muda com o cansaço, a concentração e a prática. Para uma avaliação de verdade é preciso um psicólogo.

Seus dados

Não há conta. O que você escreve e os resultados das partidas ficam neste celular: só chegam ao nosso servidor se você criar um grupo ou digitar o código de um grupo (abaixo).
Sem anúncios, sem rastreamento para fins publicitários ou estatísticos, nenhum dado vendido ou cedido.
O que fica no celular: o nome (basta um apelido) e o personagem de cada jogador, o modo, o ano de nascimento se você escrever (é opcional: serve para a idade de jogo, para o Desafio de Raciocínio e, nos perfis infantis, para mostrar os jogos adequados à idade), as partidas e os resultados, os prêmios, os grupos que você criar e as configurações.
Grupos e código: os jogadores que ficam “Só neste celular” não saem daqui. Só se você criar um grupo (cada grupo tem o seu código) ou escrever o código de um grupo, os dados dos jogadores daquele grupo (nome ou apelido, personagem, modo, ano de nascimento se escrito, partidas, resultados, prêmios e diário do progresso) e o nome do grupo também são salvos no servidor do IQExplosion, para levá-los aos outros celulares do mesmo grupo. Sem grupos, nada vai ao servidor.
Quem conhece o código de um grupo vê os jogadores daquele grupo, e só esses: passe-o só para quem faz parte.
Por que os guardamos: para lhe oferecer o serviço que você pede ao ativar o código, ou seja, levar o progresso para os outros celulares do grupo. Eles ficam no servidor até o celular que criou o grupo apagá-los: Configurações → Grupos e vários celulares → Apagar o progresso do servidor. Após a exclusão no servidor, resta apenas a marca “grupo apagado”, sem os dados dos jogadores. Sair de um grupo, por sua vez, não apaga os dados do servidor.
Fornecedor: o site e o servidor são hospedados pela Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages e o seu banco de dados). A Cloudflare é uma empresa dos Estados Unidos: os dados podem ser tratados também fora da União Europeia.
Endereço IP: quando o app sincroniza um grupo, a Cloudflare recebe, por motivos técnicos, o endereço IP do seu celular. Nós não o salvamos nos dados dos grupos.
Lembrete: se você permitir, o celular mostra um aviso para jogar. É uma notificação local, preparada pelo app no celular: não passa por nenhum servidor. Você pode desligá-la nas configurações do celular.
Backup do celular: o backup do Android (Google) ou do iPhone (iCloud ou computador) pode incluir também os dados deste app, conforme as configurações do seu celular e da sua conta. Esses backups são gerenciados pelo Google e pela Apple. O “arquivo de backup” das Configurações, por sua vez, você salva onde quiser.
Assinatura IQExplosion Plus: compra, pagamento, renovação e cancelamento são gerenciados pela Apple (App Store) e pelo Google (Google Play), como controladores independentes dos dados da sua conta. Nós não vemos nenhum dado de pagamento: para a assinatura, o app conversa só com a loja, para mostrar os preços, fazer a compra e saber se a assinatura está ativa.
Para apagar jogadores e progresso: Configurações → Seus dados → Apagar tudo deste celular. Ao desinstalar o app, todos os dados dele são apagados do celular.

Decisões automatizadas

Nenhuma. A idade de jogo, a Pontuação de Raciocínio, as estrelas e os níveis servem só ao jogo: não decidem nada sobre você fora do app.

Crianças e adolescentes

Os perfis de menores devem ser criados e administrados por um adulto (um responsável ou quem cuida da criança): o app não tem como verificar isso. Para o nome basta um apelido, e o ano de nascimento é opcional. Também o código de um grupo com jogadores menores deve ser ativado e guardado por um adulto.

Seus direitos

No app os dados ficam no seu celular, exceto os dos grupos que você ativa com o código: você os vê, corrige e apaga, pelas Configurações.
Os dados de um grupo no servidor você pode apagar sozinho, a qualquer momento, pelo celular que criou o grupo (Configurações → Grupos e vários celulares); se não puder, escreva para nós.
Você pode nos pedir para saber quais dos seus dados temos (acesso), para corrigi-los ou apagá-los: escreva para privacy@fitnessdataplatform.com. Respondemos em até um mês.
Se achar que seus dados estão sendo tratados de forma inadequada, pode apresentar reclamação à autoridade de controle para a proteção de dados: na Itália é o Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), ou a do país onde você mora.

Твои данные

Аккаунта нет. То, что ты пишешь, и результаты игр остаются на этом телефоне: на наш сервер они попадают, только если ты создашь группу или введёшь код группы (ниже).
Никакой рекламы, никакого отслеживания в рекламных или статистических целях, никакие данные не продаются и не передаются.
Что остаётся на телефоне: имя (достаточно псевдонима) и персонаж каждого игрока, режим, год рождения, если ты его указываешь (это необязательно: нужен для игрового возраста, Логического вызова и, в детских профилях, чтобы показывать игры, подходящие возрасту), раунды и результаты, награды, созданные тобой группы и настройки.
Группы и код: игроки, которые остаются «Только на этом телефоне», отсюда не уходят. Только если ты создаёшь группу (у каждой группы свой код) или вводишь код группы, данные игроков этой группы (имя или псевдоним, персонаж, режим, год рождения, если указан, раунды, результаты, награды и дневник прогресса) и название группы сохраняются также на сервере IQExplosion, чтобы передать их на другие телефоны той же группы. Без групп на сервер ничего не отправляется.
Кто знает код группы, видит игроков этой группы, и только их: давай его только тем, кто в группе.
Зачем мы их храним: чтобы оказать услугу, которую ты запрашиваешь, вводя код, — то есть передавать прогресс на другие телефоны группы. Данные хранятся на сервере, пока их не удалит телефон, создавший группу: Настройки → Группы и несколько телефонов → Удалить прогресс с сервера. После удаления на сервере остаётся только отметка «группа удалена», без данных игроков. Выход из группы же не удаляет данные с сервера.
Поставщик: сайт и сервер размещены у Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages и его база данных). Cloudflare — американская компания: данные могут обрабатываться и за пределами Европейского союза.
IP-адрес: когда приложение синхронизирует группу, Cloudflare по техническим причинам получает IP-адрес твоего телефона. Мы не сохраняем его в данных групп.
Напоминание: если ты разрешишь, телефон будет показывать уведомление с приглашением поиграть. Это локальное уведомление, подготовленное приложением на телефоне: оно не проходит ни через какой сервер. Его можно выключить в настройках телефона.
Резервная копия телефона: резервная копия Android (Google) или iPhone (iCloud или компьютер) может включать и данные этого приложения — в зависимости от настроек телефона и аккаунта. Эти резервные копии ведут Google и Apple. «Файл резервной копии» в настройках ты сохраняешь сам, куда хочешь.
Подписка IQExplosion Plus: покупку, оплату, продление и отмену ведут Apple (App Store) и Google (Google Play) как самостоятельные операторы данных твоего аккаунта. Мы не видим никаких платёжных данных: для подписки приложение связывается только с магазином, чтобы показать цены, совершить покупку и узнать, активна ли подписка.
Чтобы удалить игроков и прогресс: Настройки → Твои данные → Удалить всё с этого телефона. Удаление приложения стирает с телефона все его данные.

Автоматические решения

Никаких. Игровой возраст, результат в Логическом вызове, звёзды и уровни нужны только для игры: они ничего не решают о тебе за пределами приложения.

Дети и подростки

Профили несовершеннолетних создаёт и ведёт взрослый (родитель или опекун): приложение этого проверить не может. Для имени достаточно псевдонима, а год рождения необязателен. Код группы с игроками-несовершеннолетними тоже должен активировать и хранить взрослый.

Твои права

В приложении данные хранятся на твоём телефоне, кроме данных групп, которые ты включаешь кодом: ты их видишь, исправляешь и удаляешь сам в Настройках.
Данные группы на сервере ты можешь удалить сам в любой момент с телефона, создавшего группу (Настройки → Группы и несколько телефонов); если не получается, напиши нам.
Ты можешь попросить нас сообщить, какие твои данные у нас есть (доступ), исправить их или удалить: пиши на privacy@fitnessdataplatform.com. Отвечаем в течение месяца.
Если считаешь, что с твоими данными обращаются неправильно, можешь подать жалобу в орган по защите данных: в Италии — Гарант по защите персональных данных (garanteprivacy.it), или орган страны, где ты живёшь.

游戏年龄和推理挑战

这些是应用内的分数，不是心理测试，也不是诊断。题目是为本应用专门制作的：没有一道题取自现有的心理测试。

在推理挑战中，分数会考虑你的年龄，所用模型由我们基于已知的能力随年龄变化规律构建，而不是经过校准的人群样本。

它们不衡量一个人的价值。结果会随疲劳、专注度和练习而变化。要进行真正的评估，需要找心理学家。

你的数据

没有账户。你输入的内容和游戏成绩都保存在这部手机上：只有当你创建小组或输入小组代码时（见下方），它们才会传到我们的服务器。
没有广告，不为广告或统计目的进行追踪，不出售或转让任何数据。
保留在手机上的内容：每位玩家的名字（昵称即可）和角色、模式、出生年份（选填，仅在你填写时才会保存：用于游戏年龄、推理挑战，以及儿童档案中显示适合年龄的玩法）、对局和成绩、奖励、你创建的小组以及设置。
小组与代码：归在“仅在此手机上”下的玩家，其数据不会离开这部手机。只有当你创建小组（每个小组有自己的代码）或输入某个小组的代码时，该小组玩家的数据（姓名或昵称、角色、模式、出生年份（如已填写）、对局、成绩、奖励和进度日志）以及小组名称，才会也保存到 IQExplosion 的服务器上，以便把它们带到同一小组的其他手机上。没有小组，服务器上就什么都不会保存。
知道小组代码的人能看到该小组的玩家，且只能看到这些玩家：只把代码给小组成员。
我们保留它们的原因：为了提供你激活代码时请求的服务，即把进度带到小组的其他手机上。它们会一直保留在服务器上，直到创建小组的手机把它们删除：设置 → 小组与多部手机 → 从服务器删除进度。服务器删除后，只留下“小组已删除”的标记，不含玩家数据。而退出小组，则不会从服务器删除数据。
服务提供商：网站和服务器由 Cloudflare, Inc. 托管（Cloudflare Pages 及其数据库）。Cloudflare 是一家美国公司：数据也可能在欧盟之外处理。
IP 地址：当应用同步小组时，Cloudflare 出于技术原因会接收你手机的 IP 地址。我们不会把它保存在小组数据中。
提醒：如果你允许，手机会显示一条提示让你来玩。这是手机本地生成的通知，由应用在手机上准备，不经过任何服务器。你可以在手机设置中关闭它。
手机备份：Android（Google）或 iPhone（iCloud 或电脑）的备份，根据你的手机和账户设置，可能也包含本应用的数据。这些备份由 Google 和 Apple 管理。而设置中的“备份文件”，由你自己保存到你想要的位置。
IQExplosion Plus 订阅：购买、付款、续费和取消由 Apple（App Store）和 Google（Google Play）管理，它们作为你账户数据的独立控制者。我们看不到任何付款数据：关于订阅，应用只与商店通信，用于显示价格、完成购买，以及确认订阅是否有效。
要删除玩家和进度：设置 → 你的数据 → 从这部手机删除全部。卸载应用会删除它在手机上的所有数据。

自动化决策

无。游戏年龄、推理挑战分数、星星和等级仅用于应用内的玩法：在应用之外，它们不会对你做出任何决定。

儿童和青少年

未成年人的档案必须由成人（家长或负责人）创建和管理：应用无法核实这一点。姓名只需昵称即可，出生年份为可选项。包含未成年玩家的小组代码，也必须由成人激活并妥善保管。

你的权利

在应用中，数据保存在你的手机上，但你用代码启用的小组除外：你可以在“设置”中自行查看、更正和删除。
你可以随时用创建小组的那部手机自行删除服务器上小组的数据（设置 → 小组与多部手机）；如果做不到，请写信给我们。
你可以要求我们告知我们掌握的你的数据（访问权）、更正这些数据或删除它们：请写信至 privacy@fitnessdataplatform.com。我们将在一个月内答复。

アカウントはありません。入力した内容とゲームの結果はこのスマホに残ります。グループを作るか、グループのコードを入力したときだけ（下を見てください）、当社のサーバーに送られます。

スマホに残るもの：各プレイヤーの名前（ニックネームでも可）とキャラクター、モード、生まれた年（書く場合のみ。任意です。ゲーム年齢、推理チャレンジに使われ、こどものプロフィールでは年齢に合ったゲームを表示するために使われます）、プレイとその結果、ごほうび、作成したグループ、設定。
グループとコード：「このスマホだけ」にいるプレイヤーは、ここから外に出ることはありません。グループを作成したとき（グループごとにコードがあります）、またはグループのコードを入力したときに限り、そのグループのプレイヤーのデータ（名前またはニックネーム、キャラクター、モード、書いた場合は生まれた年、プレイ、結果、ごほうび、進み具合の記録）と、グループ名が、IQExplosionのサーバーにも保存されます。同じグループのほかのスマホに届けるためです。グループがなければ、サーバーには何も送られません。

あなたの権利

アプリ内のデータはあなたのスマホにあります。ただし、コードで有効にしたグループのデータは除きます。設定から、あなた自身で見る、修正する、削除することができます。
グループのデータはサーバー上にあり、グループを作成したスマホから、いつでも自分で削除できます（設定 → グループと複数のスマホ）。できない場合は、ご連絡ください。

स्वचालित निर्णय

कोई नहीं। खेल की उम्र, तर्क अंक, सितारे और स्तर सिर्फ़ खेल के लिए हैं: ऐप के बाहर तुम्हारे बारे में कोई फ़ैसला नहीं लेते।

बच्चे और किशोर

नाबालिगों की प्रोफ़ाइल कोई वयस्क (माता-पिता या देखभाल करने वाला) बनाए और संभाले: ऐप यह जाँच नहीं सकता। नाम के लिए उपनाम काफ़ी है और जन्म का साल वैकल्पिक है। नाबालिग खिलाड़ियों वाले समूह का कोड भी कोई वयस्क जोड़े और संभाले।

तुम्हारे अधिकार

ऐप में डेटा तुम्हारे फ़ोन पर है, सिवाय उन समूहों के डेटा के जिन्हें तुम कोड से चालू करते हो: तुम उसे देखते, सुधारते और मिटाते हो, सेटिंग्स से।
समूह का डेटा सर्वर पर तुम खुद कभी भी मिटा सकते हो, उस फ़ोन से जिसने समूह बनाया (सेटिंग्स → समूह और कई फ़ोन)। न मिटा सको तो हमें लिखो।
तुम हमसे यह पूछ सकते हो कि हमारे पास तुम्हारा कौन-सा डेटा है (पहुँच का अधिकार), या उसे सुधारने या मिटाने को कह सकते हो: privacy@fitnessdataplatform.com पर लिखो। हम एक महीने के भीतर जवाब देते हैं।

هذه لعبة. ليست جهازاً طبياً، ولا تُستخدم لتشخيص أي مرض أو اضطراب أو علاجه أو الوقاية منه. التمرين يجعلك أمهر في هذه الألعاب: لا نَعِد بتغيير ذكاء أي أحد.

عمر اللعب وتحدي الاستدلال

هذه نتائج لعب، وليست اختباراً نفسياً ولا تشخيصاً. الأسئلة من إعدادنا للتطبيق: لم يُؤخذ أي سؤال من اختبارات نفسية موجودة.

لا إعلانات، ولا تتبّع لأغراض إعلانية أو إحصائية، ولا بيع أو نقل لأي بيانات.
ما يبقى على الهاتف: الاسم (يكفي لقب) والشخصية لكل لاعب، والوضع، وسنة الميلاد إن كتبتها (اختيارية: تُستخدم لعمر اللعب، ولتحدي الاستدلال، ولعرض الألعاب المناسبة للعمر في ملفات الأطفال)، والجولات والنتائج، والجوائز، والمجموعات التي تنشئها، والإعدادات.
المجموعات والرمز: اللاعبون الموجودون في «على هذا الهاتف فقط» لا تغادر بياناتهم هذا الهاتف. فقط إن أنشأت مجموعة (لكل مجموعة رمزها) أو كتبت رمز مجموعة، تُحفظ بيانات لاعبي تلك المجموعة (الاسم أو اللقب، والشخصية، والوضع، وسنة الميلاد إن كُتبت، والجولات، والنتائج، والجوائز، وسجل التقدّم) واسم المجموعة أيضاً على خادم IQExplosion، لنقلها إلى الهواتف الأخرى في المجموعة نفسها. بدون مجموعات لا يُرسل شيء إلى الخادم.
من يعرف رمز مجموعة يرى لاعبي تلك المجموعة، ولا غيرهم: أعطِه فقط لمن ينتمي إليها.
لماذا نحتفظ بها: لنقدّم لك الخدمة التي تطلبها بتفعيل الرمز، أي نقل التقدّم إلى الهواتف الأخرى في المجموعة. تبقى على الخادم حتى يحذفها الهاتف الذي أنشأ المجموعة: الإعدادات ← المجموعات وعدة هواتف ← احذف التقدّم من الخادم. بعد الحذف من الخادم يبقى فقط أثر «مجموعة محذوفة»، دون بيانات اللاعبين. أما الخروج من مجموعة فلا يحذف البيانات من الخادم.
المزوّد: يستضيف الموقع والخادم شركة Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages وقاعدة بياناتها). Cloudflare شركة أمريكية: قد تُعالَج البيانات أيضاً خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي.
عنوان IP: عندما يزامن التطبيق مجموعة، تستلم Cloudflare، لأسباب تقنية، عنوان IP لهاتفك. نحن لا نحفظه في بيانات المجموعات.
تذكير: إن سمحت بذلك، يعرض الهاتف تنبيهاً للعب. هذا إشعار محلي يُعدّه التطبيق على الهاتف: لا يمر عبر أي خادم. يمكنك إيقافه من إعدادات الهاتف.
النسخ الاحتياطي للهاتف: نسخة Android (Google) أو iPhone (iCloud أو الكمبيوتر) قد تتضمن بيانات هذا التطبيق أيضاً، وفق إعدادات هاتفك وحسابك. تلك النسخ تديرها Google وApple. أما «ملف النسخ الاحتياطي» في الإعدادات فتحفظه أنت حيث تشاء.
اشتراك IQExplosion Plus: الشراء والدفع والتجديد والإلغاء تديرها Apple (App Store) وGoogle (Google Play)، كل منهما مسؤول مستقل عن بيانات حسابك. نحن لا نرى أي بيانات دفع: بخصوص الاشتراك، التطبيق يتحدث مع المتجر فقط، لعرض الأسعار وإتمام الشراء ومعرفة ما إذا كان الاشتراك مفعّلاً.
لحذف اللاعبين والتقدّم: الإعدادات ← بياناتك ← احذف كل شيء من هذا الهاتف. وبإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق تُحذف كل بياناته من الهاتف.

القرارات الآلية

لا توجد. عمر اللعب ونتيجة الاستدلال والنجوم والمستويات تُستخدم للعب فقط: لا تقرّر شيئاً عنك خارج التطبيق.

الأطفال والمراهقون

ملفات القاصرين يجب أن ينشئها ويديرها بالغ (أحد الوالدين أو من يتولى أمرهم): التطبيق لا يستطيع التحقق من ذلك. يكفي لقب للاسم، وسنة الميلاد اختيارية. رمز المجموعة التي فيها لاعبون قاصرون يجب أن يفعّله ويحفظه بالغ أيضاً.

حقوقك

في التطبيق تبقى البيانات على هاتفك، عدا بيانات المجموعات التي تفعّلها بالرمز: تراها وتصححها وتحذفها بنفسك من الإعدادات.
بيانات المجموعة على الخادم يمكنك حذفها بنفسك في أي وقت، من الهاتف الذي أنشأ المجموعة (الإعدادات ← المجموعات وعدة هواتف)؛ وإن لم تستطع فراسلنا.
يمكنك أن تسألنا عن البيانات التي لدينا عنك (حق الوصول)، أو أن تطلب تصحيحها أو حذفها: اكتب إلى ⁨privacy@fitnessdataplatform.com⁩. نجيب خلال شهر.
